Wet face with luke warm water. Apply small amount with fingers to face and neck and work in a circular motion (avoid contact with eyes). Rinse with luke warm water and a soft wash cloth. Pat dry and allow to sit for 1 minute before applying a toner & moisturizer with SPF 20+.
