Returns & Refund Policy

RETURNS
We want our customers to LOVE our products. If you find there is any problem with your purchase, please feel free to contact us and we'll handle each issue on a case by case basis. WE WANT YOU TO LOVE OUR PRODUCTS and will make every effort to make you a HAPPY CUSTOMER!

If you are not completely satisfied with a Glimmer Goddess® purchase for any reason, please contact us at CustomerCare@GlimmerGoddess.com.  We will do everything in our power to make you're happy.  All returns will be issued for a full refund minus our shipping charge within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice along with the return.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured United States Postal Service.

We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed from the time that we receive it.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment that you used to make the purchase with. We will email you a copy of your refund when it is issued.

Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this
transaction.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FEEDBACK MATTERS We value your feedback, but please keep in mind that Glimmer Goddess® is a small business and negative reviews impact our ability to grow. If something went wrong, we truly want the chance to make it right — your satisfaction means everything to us.

AUTHORIZED RETAILERS Our money-back guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from GlimmerGoddess.com or our authorized Amazon seller account (Glimmer Goddess Online). Products bought from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for warranty or returns due to quality and safety concerns, especially for items used on the body. Wholesalers found violating this policy may have their accounts terminated. 

LOST PACKAGES At Glimmer Goddess, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our international customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our policy regarding lost or stolen international packages.

📦 Shipping Protection with Route We offer Shipping Protection by Route, an optional service available at checkout. This protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. In the event of any shipping issues, Route facilitates a swift resolution process, ensuring that you receive a replacement or refund without additional costs.

❌ Orders Without Shipping Protection If you choose not to add Shipping Protection to your order, please be aware of the following: Responsibility: We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during international transit if Shipping Protection was not selected at the time of purchase. Carrier Limitations: International carriers may have limited tracking capabilities and varying claim processes, which can make it challenging to recover or replace lost packages without insurance coverage.

Customer Action: In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. However, please note that success in these claims is not guaranteed and varies by carrier and destination country.
