Returns

We want you to truly LOVE your Glimmer Goddess® products, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please reach out to us. We carefully review each return request on an order-by-order basis to ensure the product being returned matches the item and details in our system.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Glimmer Goddess® purchase, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs, provided the return matches our order records. To help us process your return efficiently, please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice.

For your protection and prompt delivery, we recommend returning your package via UPS or insured USPS. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and verify your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, and we’ll email you a confirmation when the refund has been processed. Your financial institution may take up to 7 business days to reflect the refund.

Authorized Retailers

Our money-back guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from GlimmerGoddess.com or our authorized Amazon seller account (Glimmer Goddess Online). Products bought from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for warranty or returns due to quality and safety concerns, especially for items used on the body.

Wholesalers found violating this policy may have their accounts terminated.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at CustomerCare@GlimmerGoddess.com and mail your item to the return address listed above.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. Once we receive your return, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Protection with Route

We offer Shipping Protection by Route, an optional service available at checkout. This protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. In the event of shipping issues, Route facilitates a swift resolution process, helping ensure you receive a replacement or refund without additional costs.

Orders Without Shipping Protection

If you choose not to add Shipping Protection to your order, please be aware of the following:

• Responsibility: We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during international transit if Shipping Protection was not selected at the time of purchase.
• Carrier Limitations: International carriers may have limited tracking capabilities and varying claim processes, which can make it difficult to recover or replace lost packages without insurance coverage.
• Customer Action: In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Please note that success in these claims is not guaranteed and varies by carrier and destination country.

Delivery Timeframes

International orders typically arrive within 15–21 business days. However, delivery times can vary based on destination, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. We advise customers to monitor their tracking information and contact the carrier for delays beyond the expected delivery window.

Recommendations for a Secure Delivery

• Select Shipping Protection: Opting for Route Shipping Protection at checkout provides coverage against unforeseen shipping issues.
• Accurate Address: Double-check your shipping address for accuracy to help prevent mis-deliveries.

Return Shipping

Fraudulent Order Policy

At Glimmer Goddess®, we take fraud prevention seriously to protect both our customers and our business. If an order is flagged as high-risk fraud by our merchant provider, it will be automatically canceled without fulfillment.

Customers affected by this will receive a cancellation notification and will have the option to:

1. Submit a new order using a different payment method that may pass fraud screening.
2. Pay via ACH or Wire Transfer, which are more secure methods for high-risk transactions.

Shipping Information

We try very hard to ship orders within 3–5 business days. In many cases, orders ship much sooner.

Unless otherwise specified, all U.S. orders will be shipped via Priority Mail 2–3 Day, and international orders will be shipped via First Class Mail.

When multiple products are ordered, we will try to ship all products together. If that is not possible, we will send you a tracking code for each package. Customers will receive an email notification as soon as shipping information is processed.

International customers will automatically receive tracking information as soon as shipping information is processed, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeline since USPS may only provide updates through U.S. customs and then again at final delivery.

If you would like your order upgraded for faster delivery, please add special comments in the Notes to Seller section. Additional charges will apply. We will calculate the charge and process the additional shipping cost separately.

Summer Month Notice

As you know, the hot summer months have arrived.

With higher temperatures comes one of the most difficult issues with making and shipping Glimmer Goddess® products: melting in transit.

Because Glimmer Goddess® products do not contain chemical emulsifiers or lab-created stabilizers, some products may experience softening when temperatures exceed 85°F and may melt completely over 95°F.

This means that if temperatures between our facility in Frisco, Texas and your home are over 85–95°F, your products may arrive softened or even liquified.

Glimmer Goddess® products are made with premium organic butters that are whipped to emulsify the ingredients together while they solidify, creating a beautiful homogenous blend of skin-loving ingredients. The price for each jar is based on whipped volume per jar — not liquid oil volume.

Don’t fret. Here’s what that means:

You may think there is a problem with the product, but it is often a simple issue that a quick layover in your refrigerator can fix.

Get the package out of the heat as quickly as possible and open your jars to check the consistency. If the product is softened but not fully liquid, place it in the refrigerator for about an hour or let it sit at room temperature indoors until it solidifies again. If it has melted completely, leave the lid on and gently shake it every few minutes as it cools and begins to re-solidify. You may refrigerate it or re-whip it in a bowl if desired, though some product may be lost on the bowl and beaters.
