What Is Glimmer Goddess’s Return Policy for Products That Don’t Suit My Skin Type?

At Glimmer Goddess®, we want you to love your purchase. If a product does not work well with your skin type, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with our return policy.

Can I return a product if it does not suit my skin type?

Yes. Products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund minus original shipping charges.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

How will my refund be issued?

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after your return is received. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 7 business days to post the refund.

How do I start a return?

1. Email CustomerCare@GlimmerGoddess.com with your order number, product name, and a brief explanation.
2. Include your packing slip or invoice with the returned item.

Are exchanges available?

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from GlimmerGoddess.com or our authorized Amazon seller. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for return.
