Glimmer Goddess® Wholesale Partner FAQ

1. What sales channels are permitted?

You may resell Glimmer Goddess® products through online stores (excluding Amazon unless pre-approved in writing), retail locations, and POS systems. The wholesale Agreement explicitly prohibits selling on Amazon without authorization.

2. What are the pricing rules?

  • Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): You must not advertise any product for more than 30% below MSRP.

  • Maximum Price Cap: You cannot sell products at more than 10% above MAP unless a special promotion is authorized in writing.
    Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. How are pricing updates communicated?

Glimmer Goddess® will deliver written updates about MAP or price changes at least 30 days before implementation. You must adopt the new pricing within that timeframe.

4. What support is expected of Resellers?

  • Maintain a professional and accurate brand image in all marketing and listings.

  • Keep sufficient inventory to fulfill orders promptly.

  • Use provided product descriptions—including scent, texture, and shimmer—to help reduce subjective returns.

  • Comply with marketplace policies, and provide excellent customer service.

5. What is your Returns Policy?

✅ Manufacturer‑covered Returns (9.1)

We accept returns only for items:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit from us

  • Shipped in error
    Resellers must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.

❌ End-Customer Returns (9.2)

We do not accept returns or issue credits for customer-initiated returns—even for subjective reasons like scent, texture, or shimmer intensity. Managing those is solely the Reseller’s responsibility.

📦 Unsold/Overstocked Items

Returns are not allowed for overstock or unsold items.

6. Who bears the risk of inventory?

Resellers assume full responsibility for inventory management. Products not covered by manufacturer return criteria are non-returnable, meaning any unsold or customer-returned items remain your responsibility.

7. How and when can the Agreement be terminated?

  • Termination for convenience: Either party may end the Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Termination for cause: Glimmer Goddess® may terminate immediately for MAP violations, misuse of branding, or unauthorized sales.
    Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Glimmer Goddess® branding.

8. What law governs the Agreement?

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
