SHIPPING POLICY
At Glimmer Goddess®, we carefully handcraft, pack, and ship every order with the goal of delivering your products safely, beautifully, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing & Delivery
We work hard to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it leaves our facility and is separate from carrier transit time.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. If your order includes multiple products, we will do our best to ship everything together. If that is not possible, you may receive more than one shipment and a separate tracking number for each package.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs processing, labor disruptions, high-volume shipping periods, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Glimmer Goddess® is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly formatted addresses. This includes missing apartment, suite, unit, building, postal code, phone number, or country information.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, carrier fees, customs fees, and related costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Domestic Shipping
Free shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders as shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only. Glimmer Goddess® is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Expedited Shipping Options
If you would like to request expedited shipping, please leave a note in the Notes to Seller section at checkout or contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Additional shipping charges will apply. If expedited shipping is available for your order, we will calculate the upgraded shipping cost and contact you to arrange payment for the additional shipping charges before shipment.
Expedited shipping speeds up carrier transit time only. It does not guarantee same-day processing unless specifically confirmed in writing by Glimmer Goddess®.
International Shipping
Glimmer Goddess® ships select orders internationally from the United States. International customers will automatically receive tracking information once shipping has been processed.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tracking updates may be limited after a shipment leaves the United States, reaches U.S. customs, enters the destination country, or transfers to the local postal service or delivery carrier.
International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections, import processing, local postal service delays, weather, holidays, carrier backlogs, local delivery restrictions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Route Package Protection for International Orders
Due to the increased risk of lost packages, theft, customs delays, damaged shipments, and limited carrier recourse for international deliveries, Route Package Protection is required for all international orders whenever available at checkout.
Route Package Protection helps protect eligible orders against loss, theft, and damage in transit, subject to Route’s terms, conditions, claim deadlines, and approval process.
If your protected order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim directly through Route using the order information and email address used at checkout. Route determines claim eligibility and resolution according to its own policies.
If Route Package Protection is removed, declined, unavailable, or bypassed at checkout, Glimmer Goddess® is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or missing international packages once the order has shipped and tracking has been provided. Customers who decline or remove package protection accept responsibility for working directly with the shipping carrier, local postal service, customs office, or delivery provider to locate the package or file any available claim.
Glimmer Goddess® is unable to replace, refund, or reship international orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or marked delivered when Route Package Protection was declined, removed, unavailable, or bypassed.
Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, handling fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider.
These fees are not controlled by Glimmer Goddess® and may be collected before delivery, at delivery, or after delivery depending on the destination country and carrier.
Shipping charges, Route fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and customs-related charges are non-refundable.
Glimmer Goddess® is not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, rejected packages, abandoned packages, confiscated packages, or packages returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order can legally be imported into their country. Glimmer Goddess® is not responsible for orders delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or local authorities.
Delivered But Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please wait 3 business days, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery occurs.

If your order includes Route Package Protection, please file a claim directly with Route within their required claim window.
If Route Package Protection was declined, removed, unavailable, or bypassed, Glimmer Goddess® is unable to refund, replace, or reship the order once tracking shows that the package was shipped or delivered.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, Glimmer Goddess® is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery errors caused by the carrier, customs office, local postal service, delivery provider, freight forwarder, third-party receiving location, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
For domestic orders, we will do our best to help you locate the package and may ask you to contact the carrier, file a missing mail search, submit a carrier claim, provide photos, or complete any documentation required by the carrier or shipping protection provider.
For international orders, Route Package Protection is the required protection method whenever available. If Route was declined, removed, unavailable, or bypassed, the customer assumes the risk of loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery after shipment.
Freight Forwarders, Hotels, Temporary Addresses & Third-Party Shipping Services
Glimmer Goddess® does not recommend shipping orders to freight forwarders, package forwarding services, hotels, temporary addresses, storage facilities, parcel holding locations, or third-party reshippers.
If an order is shipped to a freight forwarder, package forwarding service, hotel, temporary address, storage facility, parcel holding location, or third-party address, Glimmer Goddess®’s responsibility ends once tracking confirms delivery to that address.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, customs issues, delays, misdelivery, missing packages, or delivery failures that occur after delivery to a freight forwarder, third-party address, or temporary receiving location.
Glimmer Goddess® reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that appears to be shipping to a freight forwarder, high-risk forwarding address, restricted destination, or address associated with elevated delivery risk.
Returned, Refused, Abandoned, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, returned due to unpaid customs fees, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or returned because the customer failed to collect the package, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any refund, if applicable, will be issued only after the package has been returned to and inspected by Glimmer Goddess®. Refunds for returned international packages may be reduced by original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, carrier fees, Route fees, and any other costs incurred.
If the package is not returned to Glimmer Goddess®, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Summer Shipping Notice
Temperature Considerations
As you know, the hot summer months can create challenges when shipping Glimmer Goddess® products.
Because our products are made with premium plant-based oils, organic butters, and naturally rich ingredients, some items may soften when temperatures exceed 85°F and may melt when temperatures rise above 95°F.
If temperatures between our facility in Frisco, Texas and your delivery location reach these levels, your products may arrive softened or liquified.
Glimmer Goddess® products are made with premium organic butters that are whipped to create the rich, luxurious texture that nourishes your skin and hair and gives them a simply radiant, youthful glow. The price of each jar is based on the whipped finished volume, not on liquid oil volume alone.
Melting does not mean the product is defective, expired, unsafe, or unusable. It simply means the natural oils and butters have warmed during transit.
What to Do If Your Product Melts
Don’t fret! If your product softens or melts in transit, it can usually be restored very easily.
Remove the package from the heat as quickly as possible and bring it indoors. Open the jar to check the consistency.
If the product is only softened, place it in the refrigerator for about an hour or let it rest at room temperature inside your home until it firms back up.
If the product has melted completely into a liquid, leave the lid on and gently shake it every few minutes as it cools. It will gradually return to a more solid state. You may also refrigerate it, or re-whip it in a bowl if desired. Please note that re-whipping may result in some product loss on the bowl and mixer beaters.
Because melting is a natural response to heat exposure during transit, Glimmer Goddess® does not refund or replace products solely because they arrive softened or melted. We recommend bringing packages indoors as quickly as possible after delivery, especially during warm weather.
Damaged or Leaking Products
If your order arrives visibly damaged or leaking, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged product, photos of the shipping box, and photos of the packing materials.
Please keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier or protection provider may require photos or inspection.
For international orders protected by Route, damaged package claims must be filed directly with Route according to Route’s claim process and deadlines.
Order Cancellations & Shipping Changes
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We begin processing orders quickly, and we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Final Shipping Terms
By placing an order with Glimmer Goddess®, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
Glimmer Goddess® reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
