Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Glimmer Goddess® products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at CustomerCare@GlimmerGoddess.com, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis to help find the best resolution.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made directly from GlimmerGoddess.com, you may return eligible items within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund to the original form of payment, less original shipping charges. To help us process your return efficiently, please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice with the return.

For your protection and to help ensure prompt delivery, we recommend using UPS or an insured United States Postal Service shipping method when sending a return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. After your refund is issued, your financial institution may take approximately 7 business days to post the transaction to your account.

You will receive confirmation by email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at CustomerCare@GlimmerGoddess.com before sending your item back.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received and approved. A gift certificate will then be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Feedback Matters

We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to make things right if something did not meet your expectations. As a small business, customer satisfaction means a great deal to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can work with you toward a resolution.

Authorized Retailers

Our money-back guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from GlimmerGoddess.com or from our authorized Amazon seller account, Glimmer Goddess Online. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for returns, refunds, or warranty consideration due to product quality, storage, and safety concerns.

Any wholesale account found to be reselling in violation of this policy may be subject to account review or termination.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shipping Protection with Route

We are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience for all customers, including international customers. To help protect your order in transit, we offer optional Shipping Protection through Route at checkout.

If Shipping Protection through Route is purchased, your order may be covered for loss, theft, or damage during transit, subject to Route’s terms and claim approval process. In the event of a covered shipping issue, Route helps facilitate a replacement or refund.

Orders Without Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, Glimmer Goddess® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, including international shipments. Carrier tracking and claims processes may vary by shipping provider and destination, and recovery is not guaranteed.

If your package is lost or stolen and Shipping Protection was not purchased, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
