Affiliate Terms & Service

To become an authorized affiliate of Glimmer Goddess® Organic Skin Care, you must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before registering for and participating in the Glimmer Goddess® Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Service.

Affiliate Guidelines and Standards

To participate in the Glimmer Goddess® Affiliate Program, you must comply with all guidelines and standards established by Glimmer Goddess®.

Before participation is approved, we must review and approve your website, promotional channels, and any pages where Glimmer Goddess® is referenced. Affiliates must submit each page and each link used to promote Glimmer Goddess® for approval. Non-approved pages, links, or promotional placements may result in withheld or forfeited commissions.

All affiliate pages and promotional methods must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. Glimmer Goddess® makes no representations regarding, and assumes no responsibility for, any website or platform that is not under our direct control.

We may periodically review affiliate websites and promotional activity to ensure continued compliance. Affiliate commissions are validated and paid at the sole discretion of Glimmer Goddess®. Sales generated from past or existing Glimmer Goddess® customers may not be commissionable and may be invalidated or paid at a reduced rate.

Prohibited Affiliate Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited under the Glimmer Goddess® Affiliate Program. Any commissions generated through these methods may be held, reduced, or forfeited, and the affiliate account may be suspended or terminated.

Trademark, Search, and Advertising Violations

• Using the term “Glimmer Goddess” in a domain name, URL, or META tags without written approval
• Operating sites that receive the majority of their organic search traffic from Glimmer Goddess® trademarked keywords
• Using pay-per-click advertising or other paid advertisements that have not been pre-authorized
• Running ads triggered by the term “Glimmer Goddess”, alone or in combination with other words or phrases, without approval
• Retargeting Glimmer Goddess® website visitors

Website and Content Violations

• Coupon or discount code websites
• Sites that are unavailable, incomplete, or under construction
• Sites deemed aesthetically unprofessional or low quality
• Sites containing hate, violent, offensive, slanderous, or derogatory content
• Pornographic or adult content websites
• Gambling or lottery websites
• Sites focused on extreme political content

Unethical Promotional Practices

• Incentivizing purchases through prizes, gifts, rebates, or similar offers
• Using black-hat tactics such as cookie stuffing
• Engaging in negative SEO or harmful tactics against another affiliate

Affiliates who engage in prohibited practices may be subject to immediate termination, and all associated commissions may be withheld or forfeited.

Additional Guidelines for Search, Text, and Banner Ads

Affiliates who wish to use text links, display ads, search ads, or banner ads as part of their promotional strategy may participate only in accordance with the following standards:

• All ad copy and imagery must be professional and non-offensive
• Any ads using the term “Glimmer Goddess”, alone or in combination with other words or phrases, must be individually approved by Glimmer Goddess®
• Ads may not be triggered by the term “Glimmer Goddess”, alone or in conjunction with any other words or phrases, unless expressly approved in writing
• Any non-approved branded search activity will not be considered commissionable

Trademark Rights

Glimmer Goddess® reserves all rights relating to its trademarks, trade names, branding, and intellectual property, including but not limited to the Glimmer Goddess® name, logo, and the phrase “Glimmer Goddess® Organic Skin Care” in connection with skin, hair, and body care products.

Approval, Review, and Exceptions

These guidelines are general standards, and Glimmer Goddess® reserves the right to make exceptions or deny approval at its sole discretion.

While we strive to review affiliate applications and approval requests promptly, response times may vary due to volume. If you do not receive a response regarding your approval status within a reasonable time, or if you have questions about the Affiliate Program, please contact us using the information below.

Changes to These Terms
