Are Glimmer Goddess® products truly organic and natural?

Yes! All Glimmer Goddess® products are 100% natural and made with certified organic ingredients. We never use synthetic chemicals, fragrances, parabens, sulfates, or any of the toxic ingredients listed on our Never List. Every product is handmade in small batches in the USA to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Absolutely! We are strictly against animal testing and none of our products have ever been tested on animals. All our products are cruelty-free and most are vegan. We use plant-based, organic ingredients and never include animal fats, oils, or musks in our formulations.

What skin types are Glimmer Goddess® products suitable for?

Our products are formulated to work for all skin types, including sensitive, dry, oily, combination, and mature skin. We specifically design products for those with eczema, skin allergies, and other sensitivities. Our founder created these products to address her own severe eczema, so gentle effectiveness is at the heart of every formula.

How long do your products last once opened?

Because our products contain no synthetic preservatives, we recommend using them within 6-12 months of opening for optimal freshness and potency. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our products are made in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest formulations possible.

Can I use Glimmer Goddess® products if I'm pregnant or nursing?

Our products are made with natural, organic ingredients and contain no harmful chemicals. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare products during pregnancy or while nursing, as individual sensitivities can vary.

What makes your products different from other organic skincare brands?

We never use unnecessary fillers. Our formulations are packed with 100% active ingredients, meaning every drop works to bring you results. We use cosmeceutical-grade botanicals and medicinal levels of active ingredients, giving you spa-quality results at an accessible price. Plus, every product is handmade in small batches by our founder, who personally uses and tests each formula.

Do your products contain any harmful ingredients?

No! We have a comprehensive Never List of toxic and harmful ingredients you will never find in our products. This includes parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, formaldehyde, mineral oil, and many other harmful chemicals commonly found in conventional skincare.

What is hyaluronic acid and why is it in your products?

Hyaluronic acid is the most powerful natural moisturizing ingredient known to science. It has the ability to hold 1,000 times its weight in water, making it incredibly effective at plumping and hydrating skin. As we age, our natural hyaluronic acid levels decline, leading to fine lines and wrinkles. We include it in many products to help restore moisture, heal inflammation, and maintain youthful-looking skin.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We purchase all our ingredients from trusted wholesalers with proven reputations for quality and ethical sourcing. We prioritize certified organic, sustainably harvested, and fair-trade ingredients whenever possible. Quality and integrity are never compromised in our sourcing practices.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

How long does shipping take?

We try very hard to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! International shipping times vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Tracking is provided through US customs, with updates resuming once the package reaches your country's postal system.

What should I do if my products melt during summer shipping?

Because our products contain no chemical emulsifiers or lab-created stabilizers, some products may soften or melt in temperatures over 85-95°F. This doesn't harm the product! Simply refrigerate the product for an hour or let it sit at room temperature to re-solidify. For liquid products, shake periodically as they cool. The ingredients remain effective and safe to use. Orders & Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we process orders quickly (usually within 1-3 days), please contact us immediately at customercare@glimmergoddess.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Glimmer Goddess® products! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at customercare@glimmergoddess.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Do you offer samples or trial sizes?

We offer several starter kits and sets that allow you to try multiple products at a discounted price. These are perfect for testing our formulations before committing to full-size products.

Usage & Application

How should I layer Glimmer Goddess® skincare products?

How much product should I use per application?

A little goes a long way with our concentrated formulas! For face serums, use 2-3 drops. For moisturizers, use a pea-sized amount for your face and neck. For body products, use approximately a quarter-sized amount per area. Our products are highly concentrated with active ingredients, so you don't need much to see results.

When will I see results from using your products?

Many customers notice immediate hydration and improved skin texture. For anti-aging benefits and addressing specific skin concerns, consistent use for 4-6 weeks typically shows visible improvements. Remember, natural skincare works with your skin's natural renewal cycle, which takes time but delivers lasting, healthy results.

Who founded Glimmer Goddess® and why?

Glimmer Goddess® was founded by Shannon Reagan Henry, who struggled with extreme eczema and skin allergies since childhood. After trying countless products without success, her mother's homemade skincare remedies finally healed her skin. Yes! All Glimmer Goddess® products are handmade in small batches in Frisco, Texas, USA. We maintain complete control over quality and freshness by producing everything in-house.
